The complete recruitment process takes 14-21 working days. This includes: candidate selection (2-3 days), document verification (3-5 days), work permit processing (7-10 days) and transport arrangements (2-3 days). In urgent cases, we can accelerate the process to 10-14 days.

Required documents include: valid passport (min. 6 months), work permit, employment contract, medical certificate, criminal record from country of origin, diploma/qualification certificates and insurance documents. We handle the processing and authorized translation of all documents.

Costs vary depending on country of origin and staff qualification: 800-1200 EUR for unskilled workers, 1200-1800 EUR for skilled workers and 1800-2500 EUR for specialists. Rates include: recruitment, documentation, work permits, transport and 6-month guarantee.

We offer a complete 6-month guarantee for all recruited personnel. If an employee doesn't meet requirements or leaves work in the first 6 months, we replace them free of charge within 14 days. We also provide post-employment support for team integration and problem resolution.

We recruit personnel from 8 Asian countries: Philippines (chefs, caregivers), India (IT, engineers), Bangladesh (textiles, construction), Vietnam (production, technology), Nepal (construction, agriculture), Indonesia (industry, services), Sri Lanka (various sectors) and Thailand (HORECA, services). Each country has specific specialties.

Most recruited personnel speak English at conversational level. For positions requiring intensive Romanian communication, we organize intensive 2-4 week courses before arrival. We also provide translator support in the first weeks and learning materials for quick integration.

We offer a complete integration program: pre-departure cultural orientation, arrival assistance (transport, temporary accommodation), registration with authorities, bank account opening, family doctor registration and continuous support for the first 3 months. Adaptation rate is over 95% thanks to this structured program.

In rare cases of non-adaptation (under 5%), we first offer counseling and additional support. If the problem persists, we find a solution within 72 hours: relocation to another suitable employer or free replacement according to guarantee. We take full responsibility for each employee's successful integration.
